Rob Lister

Director

With over 20 years of experience as a Director of BLD Constructions, Rob Lister is a specialist in industrial and commercial construction. His experience stretches across scalable builds in education, light industrial, and commercial projects between 1 million and 5 million dollars in value. Rob’s direction has led BLD Constructions to become a strategic player in construction across the Central Western Tablelands and Orana Regions. His work, combined with the team, has won two recent Master Builders Association ‘Regional Excellence In Building Awards’ with more to come.

Tom Clark

Project Manager

Starting out as an apprentice with BLD Constructions, Tom Clark has worked with BLD Constructions for over 12 years. Tom oversees the scheduling of all BLD Constructions projects while still remaining on the tools to some degree. This keeps him well informed about the needs of projects that change regularly. Using our project management platform, Co-Construct, Tom keeps projects on track so that BLD Constructions can deliver on its charter to produce superior quality projects on time and to budget.

Russell Mann

Construction Manager

Starting out as an apprentice with BLD Constructions, Russell Mann has worked with BLD Constructions for over 13 years. Russell has managed projects up to $5 million in value across all BLD’s focused categories of construction, including education facilities, light industrial and commercial builds. Known for a fine eye and for having a very personable manner, Russell is a dedicated construction manager and oversees all the company’s craftsmanship on a daily basis.

Kath Sheridan

Accounts Manager

Kath Sheridan manages the accounts for BLD Constructions, bringing over 20 years of experience across Sydney, Dubbo, Mudgee, and the Central West. She has worked with small, medium, and large organisations across a range of industries, providing her with a broad understanding of business operations. Kath’s skills include bookkeeping, human resources, budget preparation, and cash flow management. She plays an essential role in maintaining the financial stability of BLD Constructions and supporting its ongoing growth.

Rowena Lister

Project Coordination

Rowena Lister works in project coordination for BLD Constructions and comes from a background of commercial and residential interior design and design management. She has experience working across design and project coordination within hospitality, commercial, education, industrial, and residential categories to $4 million in value.
